With pantyhose fashion at an all time low and the sighting of several women wearing hosiery in public at the same time is like catching Big Foot on your camera! Although you might not see females freely wearing pantyhose around in public, there is an underground swell of couples and singles that have a Passion for the nylon/spandex accessory. Just as “Speak Easies” came into existence with prohibition, so have pantyhose parties with the absence of pantyhose fashion! One example is an Annual Party for Pantyhose with Couples in Las Vegas every year, hosted by a hosiery icon in the pantyhose community. It is a celebration of the women who enjoy wearing hosiery in public while doing so in the safety of a group of like minded individuals and couples! The men are there to encourage, spoil and appreciate their female companion while they wear their favorite pantyhosed outfit. Although Sweet is a featured bartender during Daytona Beach Bike Week, she holds a Sweet Meet for Couples in the evenings on the weekends!
Attending a Pantyhose Couples Party hosted by Sweet is called a “Sweet Event” and is rated PG according to the activities that go on at other group events that we will not go into here. It is like going to a party at a night club where all the ladies are wearing pantyhosed outfits. All the men there enjoy it and are in heaven seeing so many ladies at once prancing around in hosiery. I have had a pantyhose fetish for as long as I can remember, but only one of my girlfriends was on board. The rest thought my adoration for the garment was anywhere from “cute” to an freak obsession. My wife would wear hose if she knew others were. Out in CA very few do and she is apprehensive to do so.” Not Cool”. She knows I am crazy about pantyhose on her and she feels they are uncomfortable. But , mostly I think deep down, she does not want other women looking at her ,”Like - why in the world are you wearing that when you don’t have to.” I am ready to move to a state where it is ok to wear panyhose..It can’t be that tough wearing them.
