NEWSFLASH! The Girls at Hooters just upgraded their footless pantyhose. Not only are they footless so their toes do not get too pinched with the pantyhose, socks and sneakers, but they are hip huggers now! That means with the short shorts they wear, you will not be able to see the waistband anymore. Presently the Hooters Girls take the regular pantyhose they wear and pull them up to their bra.
